At the same time, our continuing education and training programs serve to maintain our high standards and maintain our competitive edge. We can only achieve this if our customers are on an equal footing with us in terms of development and know-how.
As a rule, we conduct training courses for our customers at the Berkenhoff Competence Center (BCC). It’s our company’s center for research, development, training, and information. Information and development converge here. Innovations and know-how are as much at home in the BCC as all matters of theory and practice. The BCC’s practical orientation and equipment offer ideal conditions to provide continuing education at a high level. The training and information center has state-of-the-art seminar rooms with the appropriate technical equipment.
An application laboratory with EDM machines is available for the practical part of the training. We make extensive use of this fairly unique infrastructure to train dealers, sales partners, and end customers from mold and tool making and from the electronics and welding industries in theory and practice and to familiarize them with new opportunities and possibilities.
