Did you know?... Innovative wire solutions from the business area ELAS

The term ELAS stands for the product ranges Electronic Wire, Anchor Wire, Resistance Wire and Special Wire. Thus, the bedraELAS division combines a very extensive product portfolio with innovative wire solutions for different areas of application.

The production of the ELAS division is completely in-house in our plants in Heuchelheim and Herborn. Our own foundry produces more than 100 alloy variants from the element copper, such as tin-bronze, brass, nickel silver and many other special alloys. The wire is then processed into square, rectangular and octagonal profiles, flat and round wires in smooth and knurled designs. On the basis of this alloy and wire geometry variety we are able to cover a very wide range of requirements. In combination with our well-known flexibility, we can thus produce small series as well as large and medium series.
