Valuable metal materials are too important to leave the production cycle after industrial use.
With bedra360, bedra provides a closed-loop system for the recovery and recycling of valuable metal materials. The current focus is on used copper and brass wires from wire EDM applications. Instead of leaving the direct production cycle through conventional scrap streams, these materials are systematically collected, returned to bedra and reprocessed in our in-house foundry. The recovered materials are then reintroduced into the production of high-quality precision wires.
By keeping valuable raw materials in circulation, bedra360 combines responsible resource management with greater supply security, reduced exposure to metal price fluctuations and improved planning reliability.

bedra360 connects the individual stages of material recovery and production in a controlled recycling loop:
- Collection: Used copper and brass EDM wires are collected in designated containers after industrial use.
- Return: The collected materials are returned through authorized distribution partners and transferred back to bedra.
- Reprocessing: At bedra, the recovered materials are inspected, prepared and recycled through our in-house foundry.
- New production: The recycled materials are reintroduced into the production process, becoming valuable raw materials for new high-quality precision wires.
This creates a continuous material cycle – from industrial application to material recovery and renewed production.
