Wire entanglement

Wire entanglement

Wire entanglement refers to unwanted crossovers or entanglements of the wire on the spool, which can lead to faults in the wire feed. They are caused by improper handling, storage or manufacturing errors and can have a negative impact on the process sequence. Precise winding and correct storage of the wire in its original packaging help to prevent wire entanglement.
