Temperature coefficient

Temperature coefficien

The temperature coefficient (also known as the temperature coefficient factor) describes the relative change of a material property depending on temperature variation in relation to a defined reference temperature. Temperature coefficients exist for length, volume, pressure, electrical resistance, and the temperature voltage of semiconductor diodes. They are typically expressed in units per kelvin (e.g., 1/K).
