Eddy current testing

Eddy current testing

Eddy current testing is a non-destructive testing method for electrically conductive materials. It utilizes the physical property of electrical conductivity to generate a current flow within the material, known as an eddy current. This eddy current is used to inspect metallic surfaces for defects such as cracks or discontinuities.
