Bobbin wire

Bobbin wire

Bobbin wire is a precision wire used in bobbins and related electromechanical components. It must process reliably and meet defined electrical and mechanical requirements.

Key requirements include tight dimensional tolerances, clean surfaces, suitable coatings, good solderability and stable winding or feeding behavior. Different copper and copper-based alloys may be used depending on the application.

bedra electronic wires are used in the connector and bobbin industry, among other areas. With alloy variety, profile expertise and surface finishing, wires can be adapted to specific processing and component requirements.
