berAlweld® 5554 is an AlMg based based filler metal for MIG and TIG welding of AlMg based alloys
Features:
- High corrosion resistance
- Suitable for sustained elevated temperature service (65-160°C)
Typical Base Materials:
- AlMg and AlMgMn alloys with Mg content of up to 3% e.g. 5454
Typical applications:
- Chemical storage tanks
- Automotive wheels
- Trailers
- Tail tank cars
