Characteristics:
It is a Cu–Zn–Mn–Ni–Si–Pb series copper-based multi-element alloy. The addition of Si, Ni, and Mn improves the strength and wear resistance of the alloy, and the addition of Pb enhances its wear resistance and machinability. The β phase is used as the matrix, and Mn–Si and Ni–Si compounds are the strengthening phase and wear-resistant phase.
Typical applications:
Widely used in the hydraulic industry's sliding shoes, ball hinges, bearings, sleeves and other parts.
