Characteristics:
A high copper alloy with higher additions of Cr and Zr than C18150. This alloy is strengthened by precipitation hardening and it shows very good electrical and heat conductivity combined with high strength and high thermal stability after heat treatment.
Typical applications:
This alloy shows very good thermal stability and much higher softening temperature, which can significantly improve the service life of contact tips.
