
Characteristics:
This material offers ultra-high strength of up to 1400 MPa and resists galling, corrosion, and wear, making it suitable for extremely harsh service conditions. It also provides high fatigue strength for a longer service life and greater reliability, even under heavy loads. Additionally, it is non-magnetic, beryllium-free, and lead-free, with overall performance close to that of C17200, positioning it as an ideal substitute material for beryllium copper.
Typical applications:
• Marine, Oil & Gas: MWD (measurement while drilling), LWD (logging while drilling), directional drilling tools, drill bit bearings, well-head control and manifold systems, ROV, fluid control and landing systems
• Aviation: Bearings and bushings in landing gears, wheel and brake components
