Characteristics:
This alloy delivers high strength, superior elasticity, good wear resistance and extended fatigue life with minimal elastic hysteresis. It exhibits an excellent cold-work hardening response, moderate conductivity, and broad corrosion resistance across atmospheric, marine, and mild chemical environments. It serves as an ideal, cost-effective alternative to beryllium copper.
Typical applications:
Key applications include electrical components—such as pins, terminals, connectors, motor brush holders, and battery contacts—as well as corrosion- and wear-resistant parts for the marine, chemical, and automotive industries, including pipe fittings, valve spools, and sensor springs.
