For high-conductivity free-cutting alloy bars—including copper bars, copper tubes, and profiled bars—bedra utilizes a large-tonnage thermal extrusion process. This advanced method enhances material uniformity and density, resulting in stable product performance and excellent consistency.​​

The bedra 14500 demonstrates outstanding machinability, superior arc resistance, and strong corrosion resistance. With a conductivity exceeding ​85% IACS​ (up to ​93% IACS), it offers cutting efficiency comparable to ​85% of C3600 . Notably, during turning operations, the alloy produces ​fine, compact chips​ that resist adhering to cutting tools, enhancing machining efficiency.

This versatile material is widely employed in ​5G communications, consumer electronics, new energy vehicles, high-voltage electrical equipment, medical devices, welding apparatus, and other high-performance industries.
