Quality is our aspiration. Innovations and further product development are an important concern for us. In order to offer our customers the best possible service, we operate our own research and development center, the Berkenhoff Competence Center. For many years we have also maintained close relationships with renowned research institutes, universities, and experts in precision wires of non-ferrous metals. We use this exchange of know-how and experience to adapt or develop existing wire electrodes for future applications in wire erosion.

Another cooperation partner of bedra is the Fraunhofer IPK (Institute for Production Systems and Design Technology). Various benchmark projects on our high-quality microcut® fine wire series have been carried out in cooperation with the Fraunhofer IPK.
