Permanent mold casting

Permanent mold casting is a casting process in which molten metal is poured into a reusable metallic mold (permanent mold). The mold cavity is filled solely by gravity or with slight pressure. This process allows for higher dimensional accuracy and better mechanical properties compared to sand casting.
