Characteristics:
It is a two-phase (α + β) alloy, the addition of silicon and manganese enhances the strength and wear resistance of the alloy, while the addition of lead further improves its wear resistance and machinability, resulting in a copper alloy with high strength and excellent wear resistance.
Typical applications:
It is used in bushings, main plates, sub-plates, bearings, and shafts for the hydraulic industry, as well as in wear-resistant components such as sleeves and turbines.
