Characteristics:
bedra 62200 is a special high-strength bronze, the addition of iron and nickel enhances strength and corrosion resistance, while the increased aluminum content forms a hard beta phase in the microstructure, improving overall strength and hardness. This alloy uniquely combines high strength, good fatigue resistance, excellent wear and abrasion resistance, along with oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance in seawater and other aggressive environments. It also maintains high strength at elevated temperatures.
Typical applications:
It is widely used in marine hardware, including gears, bearings, bushings, bearing races, pump parts, valve bodies, and also components of plastic injection molds.
