Characteristics:
bedra 93800 is a high-leaded tin bronze alloy with excellent machinability. This alloy maintains favorable thermal conductivity and good lubricity due to its lead content. High-leaded tin bronzes are ideal for bearing applications.
Typical applications:
bedra 93800 is widely used as a wear-resistant material for rod bushings, wedges, and pump impellers, as well as general-purpose bearings under moderate loads. Additionally, it serves as steel-backed bushings for automotive and aero engine applications subject to poor lubrication conditions.
