It exhibits excellent thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance, and machinability. It readily withstands processes such as stretching, piercing, extrusion, winding, deep drawing, and hot forging. Under normal conditions, it is free from hydrogen embrittlement and can be processed in reducing atmospheres; however, it is unsuitable for use or processing in high-temperature oxidizing environments.
It is primarily used in the electrical industry for components such as conductive caps and automotive conductive accessories.
