Rod

A rod is a slender, elongated solid product with a consistent cross-section. Compared to a bar, a rod generally has a smaller diameter or cross-section. It can be round, square, rectangular, or polygonal and is typically supplied in straight lengths. Rods are produced through extrusion, drawing, rolling, or forging.
