Recrystallization temperature

Recrystallization temperature

The recrystallization temperature is the temperature at which a deformed material fully recrystallizes within a defined period. This process involves the nucleation and growth of new, defect-free grains. It typically ranges between 30% and 50% of the metal’s melting temperature and depends on factors such as alloy composition, degree of deformation, and holding time.
