Induction furnaces

Induction furnaces

Induction furnaces are furnaces used for inductive melting or holding of metals. Heating occurs through electromagnetic induction: An alternating electromagnetic field induces eddy currents in the metal, which generate heat and cause the metal to warm up. Induction furnaces are known for their high energy efficiency, precise temperature control, and uniform heating. They are widely used in metallurgy, foundry technology, and alloy production.
