This commitment to highest quality is assured by our own production line. Optical wires are alloyed in an in-house foundry furnace. As pre-drawing material, only virgin metals of highest quality are processed to ensure absolute alloy purity.

bedra optical wires achieve a flawless surface finish by using high performance rolls – which are the most advanced equipment and which avoid overlapping. State-of-the-art annealing equipment will gently relax the metal after forming without leaving marks on the surface. Each further processing step is followed by extensive inspection of the wire surface to meet the high demands of the bedra optical quality.
