bedra is the leading manufacturer of electronic wires. At our German locations we produce square profiles as well as flat and round wires which can be requested with various highly precise serrated finishes.
Production of our precision wires begins in our own foundry where only virgin metals are melted. They form the basis of a range of more than 80 different alloys.
bedra electronic wires find their application in the connector and bobbin industry. Our versatile range of alloys provides also product solutions in the area of heating cables and special alloys for the cable industry.
Your specialist for functional surfaces
On our own electroplating equipment, our electronic wires are provided with function coatings. The bedra pure tin coatings (Sn100) are, of course, RoHS compliant. We offer solutions to prevent whisker growth by using bedra barrier layers as well as thermal treatment with the bedra reflow technique.
